wow, you go girl for being brave and sharing the
numbers! and good luck on the weight loss!
i know you can do it.
and i had no idea you were so tall, jw!
kudos for you to put all this down in b&w. i think when one sees the numbers on paper (or blog form), it is much more sobering. but it's also a relief to know where you're at and the goals you have for yourself. i'm happy to hear that thk got you a new membership for the gym too! YAY!
At first I didn't know what the #s meant, then I figured out--very interesting! And enlightening. All those little back and forths can mean the world sometimes, can't it? You are an awesome statuesque goddess :)
Girl, you are awesome!! I admire you for putting it all out there. Like Nabine, it took me a bit to figure out what the numbers meant. Love the format of this post.

kudos to you for your honesty. i can't even remember what i weigh in elementary school!

nabine's right, you're a statuesque goddess!

you can do it! trust me, there's no motivation as powerful as your wedding day to get you all fit and in shape!

i was up at ungodly hours to get to the gym by 5am. and i love sleep. LOVE!

eat healthy. buy veggie trays and much on those through out the day. shabu shabu is pretty healthy if you skip most of the rice. home made breakfast burritos with egg beaters, low carb tortillas, diced tomatoes + avocado, and a bit of scriacha is awesome. ;) coffee with milk + splenda. no juices/sodas. drink lots of green tea + water.

good luck!
fuck. you're like 10 inches taller than me and you weigh just a little more than i do right now. :(

hoorah on the exercising! and the extra gym membership! now you have no excuse. :)

ps - sex is exercise in my book.
Can you share some of your height with me? hahaha.. I think you're doing great with your fitness goals. =)
gosh, i didn't know you were planning your wedding! i'll have to check your blog out more often!
wow, that was an awesome post!
i agree with everyone here. dooode, you're tall. you are a goddess! beautiful no matter what the # is.

You go girl!!!! Start eating breakfast missy...every morning!

once again....man, you are tall!! :)

i'm quite impressed with you for telling us all your history with weight and also your current status. i'm finally at a point in my life where i can state my weight out loud without cringing inside.

i've always been chubby and weight is usually an issue for most women but i think it's esp. hard when you are asian.

i still have korean relatives who ask my mom if i'm still fat. the last they saw me was when i was like 9. *lol*

OMG.. You are taller than me! I'm 5'8".. and Girl.. I KNOW YOU CAN DO IT. For your height of 5'10".. if you get to 160, you will look super TRIM (if not already).

You're brave for posting up your numbers.. if I ever have the guts to do it.. I'll share the "good fight" with you and put my numbers up too.. I'm on a quest to lose 5-8 pounds by April this year for my Paris trip.
